Remembering Robert ~ An American Hero ~  / Rhonda Rhodes Craig Sehon's MOm/Joe Rhodes's Wife (visitor)

Thankyou / Mindy Fryman (grateful US citizen )
I've never met Robert or any of his family...but his story has touched my life.  I was visiting this site today to see my Daddy's page who I lost in 2005 when I accidently hit the MemoryOf icon.  It took me to a page where I saw a gentlemen in full battle gear, so I read his story and it touched my heart.
I am the wife of a soldier who has served 10 years...we have only been married 3 years, have 3 boys together and he is leaving again in March.  We have spent much of our lives together...apart.
It takes a very strong person to do what Robert did and I want to give thanks to not only him and his service....but to his family and friends for their support to him.
I am sorry to hear of your loss...I wish you a Merry Christmas....you will be in my prayers.
your Robert  / Kathie McMillan (friend in grief )
Dear Lea and Ron,
What a beautiful website, what glorious memories, and how very healing for even me.
I was with you in spirit yesterday and again today (as many other days but these two are "ours").  I appreciate the way you cope and deal with your grief.  You inspire me and give me hope.

Much love and peace during these holidays.  Life continues to be good, just very different doesn't it?

December 31, 2006 I met Robert in November 2005, shortly after his marriage to Ashley. He truly loved Ashley and she loved him. Ashley, you are like a sister to me and when I heard the news that you lost the one person in your life that truly made you happy, I felt that I had lost a part of me also. My thoughts and prayers are with both you and the Eppich Family. I pray for your strength and that God be the one you look to for comfort. I love you and take care. Nikki Purvis (Tallil ABS (Iraq))

December 27, 2006 Hello, family of Robert, we wanted to express our deepest sympathy and let you know that we know how you feel. On Dec. 31st 2004, we lost our son in Iraq, he was a wonderful young man and we miss him terribly. I would love to send you all a card and a gift, if you could let me know your address or email address, we would love to be a support to you all. You can call us at anytime when you feel you would like to talk. We want to be at his funeral because we try to go to all the military funerals, but it is so close to our son's death, I just don't know if I can make it through that, plus the funeral home is where we had our dad's service. Many prayers are with you and thank you for your sacrifice, if you would like to call at anytime, our number is: . Blessings,

I know it is a few days late but Happy Memorial Day Robert.

Ron and Mike, I want to thank you boys - I guess you are men now - for your friendship with Robert. He had so much fun with the two of you. I am sure he would be happy to know that you both remembered him and that you have found his website.

I was looking to find a way to get ahold of Robert when i came across this site and was saddened. One of my best friends had passed and I never knew. I remember hanging out and playing video games when we were 14 and playing Robotech at his house and all the other many rpgs we played during high school. I remember seeing him shortly after he got back from boot and how grown up he looked. RObert became a wonderful loving man and I am proud to be his friend and am better to have known him. I seen love to his Mother and father as well to his siblings. Close
